Well......there's been different "descriptions" from different locations.....but the ones in Texas (at least claimed to be Chupacabra) look more like a hairless canine creature with a slightly different dental structure than a typical dog - kinda grayish-bluish skin color. There are photos and video of "claimed-to-be"
Chupa's on the net (BTW - they're also called "Goat Sucker" - I think because of the attributed characteristic of "draining/sucking all blood from it's victims) I think they may be alien pets left behind by ET Whistling
