LOL I am trying to stock up on ice cream too! It's hard though when it is so hot that I can't get it home without it melting. I don't have AC in my jeep, just open sides, so I have to remember to take a cooler with ice bags to the store for the ice cream. I used to take a big one but a friend just brought me a small SF 49'er cooler that perfectly fits a gallon of ice cream and 2 cold bags. I just have to have ice cream when it is so hot. I wish root beer was more easily available but I use orange soda with vanilla ice cream to really cool off.
