Also Pat, be careful, you're about to fall into the wonderland rabbit hole with words like "I'm warming up to Sempervivum!" haha there's always room for more/new semp obsessed people on this forum! nodding Rolling on the floor laughing Rolling on the floor laughing
By the way, the photos look like a semp that I call "common" sempervivum, (there isn't really such a thing, but I call it that, since in many of the older homes around here (Seattle) they have this type of semp, they can get quite large and are very prolific and have many color changes in the fall/winter Hurray!
