Geez, Ann, that's bloody warm! You know what they say about Vermonter's. Anything over 75 degrees, and Vermonter's wilt and die. However, I was not born or raised here. I adopted VT. when I was in my 20's. I came to ski, when this area was just developing, and ignored the summer's going home to DC. Now I abhor the long frigid Winter's, don't ski anymore (my knees are thankful for that) and adore the Spring, Summers, and Fall seasons. All are so radically different seasons. By the way, Ann, do you have a swimming pool, or is it the Gulf of Mexico?
PS: Loved your pecan story. Go for it!
