When I saw a zz plant for the first time, my imagination took off and I envisioned what it could turn into if it had an unbridled, precocious growth habit. Here's a link to a page where I wrote about it (with pictures). Of course, i couldn't call it a "zz plant" anymore, so using the rules of botanical nomenclature, I made a new name for my plant, Pinnatidendron altissimum.
