I'm over it!
Thanks for the sympathy folks, but honestly as dry as its been it was still a fair trade!

The naners gettin shredded is fine, I been expecting it all year, I had just gotten several comments in person on how nice they were with intact leaves, I kinna like the shredded shaggy look sometimes...

Without help I ain't gettin those big castors back up, I'd need steel T posts to stand em back up anyway, I'm just amazed how shallow and wimpy their roots are!

Nothin was valuable was killed!
I always am growing for the next year anyway, I'm regularly told
"It's may, June or July! This years not over!" By several people...my stuff regularly grows bigger than theirs because they focus on how the plant looks now, not how they plant will look, and thrive next year, or further down the road!
That's why I feed 1-5-1 ratio fert and don't use higher N or even 10-10-10...lush leaves with little roots to support them just burn off, big bulbs with an extensive root system will make leaves fast! And plenty lush, not to mention a massive plant for next year!
It's also easy to burn stuff with high N doses, the way I feed, ill go light on the N and not risk it!
Bulbs store better and longer too!

Here's some nicer pics than the previous ones...
