Alex, great information to have--and thank you for the thoroughness! I have received incorrect plants from one of my favorite sellers, too, but they were all bonus plants, not ones for which I paid. And it was the same situation as with Nicole Harry--the incorrect ones were planted next to the ones he thought he sent. Nicole and Pete Harry do have some outstandingly gorgeous flowers. They are on my list of providers where, if I am ever in a position to pay more than $10 for a fan, I will go to them first. Especially after reading your post here.
