Maybe we have it in Just The Perfect Spot, or maybe it's tapped into the sewer line or something.... but our crepe Myrtle 'Natchez' (at the house end of the Moon Garden) is an incredibly vigorous grower. It seems like we have to vigorously prune it at least every other year, otherwise it would completely cover our kitchen window. The bees swarm it when it is in bloom.
