What can ya do bout that...

I've found the microwave to be only sparatucally effective at stilizun soil.

It does work, but you can't guarantee that the whole load is up to temp.

Just think of that burrito, frozen in the middle, burned on the edges!

It's generally accepted that 180 sustained over 2 hours will kill almost all pathogens, that can only be achieved in an oven!

Further more, temps over 220 wreak havoc on soil composition, destroying important nutes and converting others to unusable elements.

I still use the nuke from time to time, but only on small batches of soil, a 16 oz. cup full with Saran Wrap on top, the soil needs to be moist!
