If I could permanently eradicate three things from my landscape ...
hmmmmm...looking out the window...
the city --all of it--
and
the smog --although it it made a nice sunset a minute ago
and
all my junk out there that didn't get cleaned up/put away before it started snowing

from my gardens, I would eradicate (if I could)
convolvulus arvensis
the gastropods
and
these voracious B45T4RD5

although, I did see one actually devouring a thorn on one of my climbing roses. It was so engaged in its meal that it kept eating while I cut its head off with the pruners. If I could only train them to just eat the thorns...
