My 5 gal buckets are usually used for catching the cold water that comes out of the shower before the warm water comes. Then the bucket of water goes out to the garden to water the plants. Sometimes the buckets don't make it back to the shower and the person naked in the shower feels guilty having wasted the clean cold water down the drain...(usually my hubby, though maybe he doesn't feel as guilty as me...
