Too much snow all over the place. Plus with the snow we are getting really cold temps and it should get even colder. Expected to be about zero overnight Friday night into Saturday morning and honestly, that just does not happen here on Long Island. So it is quite the cold spell.

As to the snow, there is a dusting on the ground. Maybe about an inch. Now we have a break, not snowing. Then they say snow showers possible this afternoon but then the real snow is coming by 6 PM. Going to snow heavily and be cold all night over night and snow should stop by noon or so on Friday.

They might change this as this forecast has been changing for days with the show totals going up and up. Long Island is under a blizzard watch with snow total of 10 to 12 inches expected. Weather guys are saying this storm still developing so things could change. Which means snow totals still could go up. Grumbling Crying
