They will hunker down all three days. They do not allow anyone on the streets if it is 32 or below. Our city is good about that and the churches are wonderful for taking turns letting people sleep on the floor.
I work down town and I see the homeless people often and we are a small town and a poor town but the churches here would put the nation to shame with all they do. Bless their
