Visit Long Island?
I used to live in the NE, so I suspect that you might have that nasty "snow" and "ice" stuff that I seldom see where I live now (Sea Hawks country).
I had an aunt who used to be a social worker out there. Although I had always thought it was a classy, high-class high-rent area, she told me about whole families of criminals and juvenile delinquents and adult delinquents. When the police pulled in a new offender, they got to ask "How's your Dad?" and "How's your grandfather doing? Is he getting out of the joint soon?"
it gave me a whole new perspective on "Lawn Guyland".
