Both are indeed very common!

Many kalanchoe won't make pups until a leaf is severed!

I've had many mother if a thousand bloom, when they get real big, it common for the main stem to buckle under the weight of all the plantlets...

I'm pretty sure all mine froze this week, or a couple weeks ago, during that first cold snap...pretty disappointing, I had multiplied my pink butterflies from one tip cutting into around a dozen plants a foot tall or more...I haven't even gone so check on them...I'm sure they are dead Glare
