It looks like you are doing a good job with your plants. Looking back at previous pictures of the spider plant, I am able to count more leaves on the earlier pictures. The first picture of the spider plant looks like it has better color, maybe it is just the lighting. I am wondering if you gave it just a bit more water and took a picture one or two days after watering, would there be a slight color change?
The pothos looks wonderful!
As for feeding, I am going to let some more knowledgable people answer that one. I just made a mess of my violets on feeding. I bet the others will come by during the weekend to help.
