My kids have labeled me the recycle plastic lady. Saving k cups , soda bottles or anything I might be able to make into a tower garden for future use. My biggest problem is making sure the kids keep the bathroom doors closed so the kitties don't get in and start digging up my plants. If this snow keeps up I'll be transforming the basement into a garden and learning all about pollinating plants so they produce fruit. Come on Spring and warmer temps. Guess I'm gonna have to buy more supplies to make dirt for indoors. Nothing worse than having bugs inside the house (I'm sure the kitties would love that) when using compost and leaf mulch from outdoors in the house.

If by some miracle it's a snow day for me from work tomorrow, I'm bringing my homemade greenhouse into the basement and getting it ready for my transplanted plants. If nothing else playing with my plants, digging in the dirt keeps me out of trouble.
