Here is my Mary Ethel Anderson. I have an astilbe planted behind it - I think the astilbe might be "Finale" and they look great together. It's an odd bed, full shade except about 1 foot right by my walk that is in sun. So I have hosta, astilbe, epimedium, hellebore etc. in the shade, then I have mini daylilies along the walk, with some other sun perennials and I usually put a few annuals in there too.

I love M.E.Anderson. It got mine from Curt Hanson, and for the first 3 years I thought it was a tet. I kept trying to set seed on it, I would get airpods. Finally looked it up for some reason and saw it is a dip. Rolling on the floor laughing
