I got a bit of a chuckle this morning watching the local news.....Bay county FLORIDA just spent THOUSANDS of dollars on snow plows, salt spreaders, salt and some other something that melts ice. I know it has been a really bad winter...even here, but I guess the silver lining to the $$$$s spent might turn out to be a mild winter next year.
