It can be a challenge those first few semps...and not knowing what your weather will do! One thing that people have told me to do, and I have - leave the ones you think are dead, because they may surprise you!! I've had some that were totally brown and dead (but I was feeling lazy to do anything about them) and they began to grow new growth at the top!! (especially if they have a good root system, they will most likely return)
Very nice about the company replacing everything - free semps! (once you are ready I would like to know the name of the nursery, I want to send some business their way! I tip my hat to you.
