What breed is that one, Tom ? Are they always "bald" like that ? My son is trying to get the village board to allow him to keep some hens. He wants some eggs, I guess. They (the Board) outlawed chickens many years ago, because of the "noise" . He has gathered lots of info from various towns that DO allow chickens (but only hens), and plans to present it to them. I told him he would be wise to forget it, as they also outlawed honey bees at the same time (dangerous animals), and he might bring too much attention to himself! I just love small town drama !
