I just received my reshipment of the 15 chicks I ordered. I am MUCH happier with this batch. In the previous shipment, they were very small and only 6 had any roots at all. In this shipment only 3 don't have roots. Hurray!
Does Silverine grow in a much tighter bunch on average than Red Beauty, Ruby Heart, etc.?
Those were the only ones with no roots or stolon in both shipments, so I'm just wondering if they are harder to remove chicks from, due to tight clumping or something...

Also would using Quick Start on chicks (or sedums) once they are transplanted to their permanent homes be really beneficial? I read that Kevin uses it on seedlings, but I'm unsure about the fertilizer needs of larger fresh transplants. I have a full bottle of Quick Start waiting for some of the other plants I ordered. Sticking tongue out

This isn't the most photogenic way to display semps, but oh well...
