When I was in my 20s and 30s I thought that if I worked hard, physically, I would build up and be better off down the line. I'm now 55 and have scoliosis. Everything I do hurts. I walk and walk and it doesn't build up my endurance (at least not by any measure I can make of it). It just makes me SORE.

Chiropractic helped a LOT (relieved the pain, anyway) - and then I lost my car and haven't been able to get back there.

-sigh- but at least it's SPRING and my mind is pleasantly occupied!
