I have Miss America and it is beautiful. I will look for a picture or better yet hope it blooms earlier than later. A delicate white with a bit of pink. I had a shot with the sun sort of shining right on it. Looked 'other worldly." My new peonies almost always bloom the first year after planting. Adelman's would be the exception I think. And that may have been caused by my errors in planting. I think Dearest is too deep. I dug down a bit and found a pip about 3" below ground level which is way too deep. Hate to dig it up but I think I need to do so. The only question is to dig now so it has all summer to grow roots or wait til this fall when it is going dormant.
