He probably has a green house either way. Lucky him, right? I do not think he is in a good place as far as hurricanes go. I hear the green houses can catch wind and end up in another state. LOL. I sure hope that does not happen to Pete, but I would not live there. You seem to be in a good place, except for the bad soil and the roaches.
