One of our neighbors across the cul de sac had a stack of concrete double blocks to give away. We used a carrier like you would move a refrigerator with except it weighed as much as the brick. We must have made 10 trips across the cul de sac, across our front lawn and into the back lawn (stupid gizmo would sink into the lawn making it twice as hard). But we got a great base for a raised bed for free.
