I figured it out while working online this afternoon. It is LastPass, the password keeper. For some unknown reason it has started to save anything I fill into a form. I've looked everywhere on it to find a place to turn it off and no luck so far. This is new behavior as I would certainly have noticed it if it were happening before. Perhaps when they were changing things for Heartbleed they changed something in the settings. What I can do though, is 'clear all saved forms' in LastPass and the problem is erased for awhile, it did return on my work sites so I had to do it repeatedly. Not a feature. Anyway, clearing it for work has also cleared it here, so that's good. At least I know what is doing it now even though I haven't yet found a real solution.
