Spent an enjoyable day outside today listening to all the birds and the pair of Piliated Woodpeckers singing away. Moved all my seedlings outside to enjoy some sunshine. Spent the majority of the day building a 10 foot X 4 foot raised bed in the garden. The garden beds look so much nicer when they are contained. It's off to get more wood tomorrow so we can make another large and raise the front beds. Dug out about 16 5gallon pails worth of Compost and got it added to the garden.

Would really like to plant some veggies in the garden but next weeks weather is looking mighty chilly for the evening hours. I do have radishes that just came up along with some swiss chard that sprouted from last year. My oregano lived through the winter outside under a glass dome packed with straw.
