I ordered some just last week from George's Plant Farm - http://www.tatorman.com/

My main reason for ordering from there is that they have the option to order mixed varieties of your choice. So I didn't have to get 12 slips of the same kind of sweet potatoes. I get to try 3 different kinds. 4 plants of three varieties.
