My first thought was also penstemon. I haven't a clue yet as to the identity of the one that this reminds me of though...tag reads (from broken section) -(looks like) "..s penstemon". Rolling on the floor laughing Not much help there! Whistling The "s" might even be an "e"...it's pretty smeary.
