I was quite surprise with one lot I won on ebay a couple of months ago where the seller said in her postage blurb to me that if one had any complaints about her lilies and went to ebay first and not her first, one would be immediately struck of her buyer's list!
The problem is that when you are young your life it is ruined by your parents. When you are older it is ruined by your children.
