Did you know that all of those tiny leaves that fall off the plant will root and increase the colony? Just sprinkle them on the top of the soil.
Your first photo appears to be Sedum dasyphyllum.
I am not sure what the second one is. We will have to do more research on it.

I love my Sedum dasyphyllum suendenmanii. Once yours gets going you will love it. It does seem to take some time for it to colonize. Very slow growing compared to the other dasyphyllum that I have.
