Cat said:Michelle, thanks for the info. I wish lived where I could come help you. I could bring my (will be 2 in July) Grand Daughter. Big Grin Wouldn't that be fun! I watch her every day while her mother (my daughter) works. They also live with me so I can kind of relate on that hand. As far as the shipping, I know I am not the only customer (that was why I said I didn't want to be pestering anyone). I just didn't understand why they ask you to provide a shipping date and then they don't ship on that date. I included that info with the short letter I sent with the money order payment. This is the same seller that has never marked paid for the purchase either. I did have to send 2 emails to find out if the payment was received. Should I be worried? Confused

Well I'm not sure about that seller, but I do ask for a ship date if they know (most bought these back in Sept and Oct) to help me have an idea of when I can start shipping to that area. If I have a lot of people wanting the same ship date it makes it hard to get them out at that time. I do try and email those that have given me one if I can't get them shipped due to it storms for two days in a row and then drops into the 30s. I'm still waiting for more cold because I remember May 4th last year we had low 40 temp and the wind chill dropped it down to mid 30s.

Anyway, there was a buyer (leaving response on an email forum) that wanted to know where her orders were because she requested 2 dates (April 1 and 15) and had not gotten the orders yet. Well, one order is from me and I went and checked and I did not have a date written down for her. I did go back through my emails and she did request around April 15 shipping but I don't think she stuck a reminder in with the payment so I must have forgotten to check the email for a date and write it down. If she would have emailed shortly after the requested ship date I could have sent it already but I didn't realize it was an issue until I read it elsewhere. So PLEASE don't think you will bother the seller to ask about it. Even if you are bothering the seller don't worry about it because it is your right to know when they will ship since you have paid for the order and they asked you for a ship date.

this is a general comment to those who may not know.....PLEASE BE AWARE that sometime emails end up in the spam folder depending one if something in the email ( a simple word) triggers whatever protection the servers or your computer have. I have had several end up there and I just don't check my spam folder regularly. I have even had emails end up there that the person was replying to my initial email. So sometimes (although probably rarely) this may be the case.
