I should have taken a picture of the inside of my box from Michele but didn't think about it at the time. I've never seen daylilies (or any other plants) packed so beautifully. There (was or were?) more than a dozen daylilies, and they were all standing up and packed totally neatly in newspaper, and all I had to do was pull up on each one and out they came -- in perfect condition! And the newspaper around each one was packed and folded so neatly that I almost felt like I was looking at "hospital corners." I couldn't get over that -- packing perfection!
A beautiful job, Michele, and it means even more to me knowing that you stayed up practically all night doing that for me -- and, of course, others.
Edit: I just read your last message, Michele, and I feel very bad that everything has piled on you like this. And I wish there was some way I could help. I've been oohing and aahing over so many of your seedling pictures and am wondering how those fared during this terrible winter. Do you have multiples of any of those and, if so, could you maybe register some and sell the divisions at introduction prices? I would certainly be interested in purchasing a few from you at some point.
Anyway, something to think about...
