Without a doubt, not everybody is going to be happy with everything. The best thing to do is communicate with the seller. I had one that took almost two weeks to respond to my email about my shipment last season. We truly don't know the circumstances behind some of the delay. While we know that there is always going to be a bad apple out there, just treat it as a bump in the road. The growing and selling process is no easy task.
