The green throat is more wanted in most cases as it sets the colors off and compliments many where the yellow compliments other colors but not as many. Just look at the colors of Hems and then their throats and make the comparison and see what you think. I like both depending on the color and eye-edge of the bloom.

Then look at Arctic Snow and see how he Yellow complimets the ligher almost white bloom and it would also be nice with a green throat.
