I bought it and several others from Bob about five years ago out of his seedling beds. I don't think I ever knew any info on it . Sorry . What is cool about it is when it first blooms, which is early, it is more narrow at the base than later in the season. It gets wider petals and flatter as the season progresses. My clump even reblooms here in NE Ohio.
