As to the method, I found that using a high pixel setting and macro mode works well, and I often take the entire bloom from various angles and then crop it to get rid of the trash, then crop again to show just certain parts, and save both versions. Camera is an oldie found on eBay as "new old stock" which needed new batteries it was so old, a pocket sized Samsung L73. My large one with zoom lens never worked well on macro mode and was 10x the price and colors were off in the reds often!
