I think we should keep the description fairly vague, and maybe phrase it as "generally considered to include" the areas that Deb listed. That way no one is going to feel excluded. And if someone in one of the listed areas doesn't consider themselves really in the PNW, they can look around for a better fit. And it's not like you can only participate in just one regional forum.
