I never knew roses could be invasive. That's a worry.

In north Queensland recently, I was quite stunned to see the success of the invasive Singapore Daisy (Sphagneticola trilobata). It was the major plant of creek banks and beach fronts. Quite extraordinarily depressing. It smothers everything on the ground. It is a class three pest plant here - supply and sale is prohibited.

The problem is that when you are young your life it is ruined by your parents. When you are older it is ruined by your children.
