It's been a strange year -- we've all suffered losses -- some greater than others. We all seem to have one kind in common -- a soft rot that isn't the usual stinky kind. I'd check those established clumps, if I were you -- if you have this soft rot going on, then even the small "tiny bits of green" are at risk if you don't separate them from the rotting mother, and treat them.
It's good to see your Irises blooming! I can't help you with any IDs, but they sure are pretty!!
