I'm cheap, so I tend to salvage things. Mostly I'm about a successfully grown plant and the container is secondary. However, a container that works helps toward achieving a well-grown plant. Here's a salvaged container with a 22 cal bullet hole and a corroding bottom. I need to repair it before the bottom corrodes completely away, but the tomentosa can be....difficult. So I'm good at ignoring the job. And my brother left a couple of sections of stove pipe in the barn so I put those to use a couple of years ago, as you can see. That's a light fixture salvaged out of trash I used in one.
