While separating our years old Flax for a new location in the garden, and part back into it's old container, many leaves broke off. Some of these leaves had just a bit of roots, so I thought I would put them in water to see it they would grow more. Should they go into straight water, or should they go into dirt which I keep damp? Thanks, Mike
