Thanks a lot for the response and the pics.
I guess my expectations are unreal.
Anyway, it was in spaghnum and I repotted it in granite stones, charcoal and little bits of new spag, just to provide a bit of humidity, although it raining cats and dogs here in Miami.
I will taqke care of it.
