I'd mentioned to my wife I'd thought it might not be a Monarch, maybe a Viceroy; but w/o an open dorsal wing shot (where the circular long line is displayed so well and their seldom made appearance in the garden, 3 times here) went w/ the Monarch designation.

I'll put the Viceroy name on the pic and put it in my Named BFs file for future reference.
Nothing that's been done can ever be changed.
