All my iris have been early. I dunno what is in my new boxes yet. I will have to go through and catalogue when they bloom so I can get some bloom time variation. Since the gardens were here when I bought the house, I keep unearthing more perennials. I am an experienced perennial gardener and knew most everything by its foliage. My lawn is full of Campanula leaves, Yarrow and Violets. For years, I have advertised free plants on Craigslist and given away 1/2 the garden on a regular basis. It is just this year I have become enthralled with Lilies and Iris. I used to just have the kind you collect on roadsides and old cow fields. So, I just started making the Iris Circles in the lawn. Rolling on the floor laughing
