I can't help but chuckle when I read about the herons fishing out of the ponds. When I was a kid, a friend of mine had a pond with many goldfish. We were sitting at her kitchen table watching this beautiful white heron next to the pond. Every once in a while it would dip down and then throw it's head back. We kept wondering what it was doing then all of a sudden my friend let out a squeal "My fish!!!!!" And she went running out to the pond. Yep....she lost about half of them...all while we were enjoying the show!!! LOL
