Garden today. Clean next week.

KassyO .. That stalk action is something I have not seem before in Semps. I know it does happen in the tender types of succulents, such as Echeveria. (sp?)

Others will come along pretty soon to give you some expert advice. You will find they are very helpful. This is a busy time of year for everyone so it may take a bit of time.
