Melissa,they should do well for you provided they never have to stand in water for long periods.The dry season may work to your advantage.I do that manually.I move mine into a darkened GH in August and stop watering to force them into dormancy.They stay there until sometime in November when they are unpotted and trimmed.Then I re-pot in fresh potting mix ,water and start the process over again.This in NOT required but lets me control the blooming time.If left to their own devices,they would bloom in late spring.
The bloom is Belissimo
