It's been zucchini casserole, breads, smoothies, fritters and pickles here non stop for the last few weeks. Today I found a recipe for Zucchini crust Pizza. OMG it came out awesome. My son and I just ate 3/4 of the pie. This recipe used an entire baseball bat sized zucchini just in making the crust. I have the recipe if anyone is interested.
